This site is provided by PDSA and your using this site constitutes acceptance in full of the following terms and conditions from your very first visit. PDSA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. If you continue to use this site after notice of changes are posted, this will be deemed as your acceptance of these. The site is not concerned with providing specific veterinary advice; any information provided should not be used for diagnosing or treating a veterinary problem. If you believe your pet may be sick or injured you should consult your own vet. If you are eligible for support from PDSA you will first need to register with us either at one of our PDSA PetAid hospitals or by contacting us on 0800 731 2502.

If you copy content from the site, you may only do so for your own personal use and provided that you fully acknowledge that PDSA is the source of the material. Commercial use is not permitted unless you have gained written authorisation from PDSA.

PDSA does not endorse any other organisations, products, websites or services mentioned in this site unless otherwise stated on the relevant pages. PDSA cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. Any such loss shall not be borne either wholly or partly by us, and shall be entirely your responsibility. However, in the event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your credit card by someone else to purchase goods from us on our server, PDSA will refund you for any money received by us as a result but only if you have notified your credit card issuer and us as soon as you become aware of the unauthorised use of your card.
